In preparing your home for sale, the more information we have will help us to answer any questions we receive from other agents.

 

  1. Copy of Survey (photocopy is OK).

  2. The builder’s floor plans (if you have them).

  3. A list, prepared by you, of all the features and improvements on your home.

  4. The date of occupancy or the date you moved in (this will help us to determine if there are any existing warranties still in effect with your home).

  5. Heat and hydro totals for the last 12 months.

  6. A copy of your tax bill.

  7. A list of any items that are going to be repaired, installed, or added prior to our listing.

  8. In case they are needed, collect and organize any warranties for items such as furnace, appliances, roof, etc. and keep in a file.
